Free Shipping

  • We are currently offering Free Shipping with the following terms:
  • A minimum shopping cart total of $100
  • Excludes bulky items, in general this means over 10kg dead weight and 10kg cubic weight
  • Excludes regional areas and the Northern Territory. Determine if your address is eligible in the Shopping Cart shipping quote. Free Shipping will not appear if the delivery postcode is outside of the Free Shipping area, or if your items are too bulky or heavy.
  • Excludes eBay purchases
  • We ship without ATL - authority to leave. Please advise if you would like your package shipped with ATL, however we will not be held responsible for missing packages that the courier or postal service claims they left on your premises. Please specify a safe place to leave the delivery at your address during checkout.

Courier Delivery

  • We prefer to use Fastway Couriers or Toll IPEC Road Express due to their professionalism and good service records.
  • In the case that your location is not serviced by these couriers, we will use another service (including Australia Post) that delivers to your location.
  • In some cases, including small towns, the delivery will go to their nearest depot or a designated collection point in the closest town.
  • Items are shipped without Authority to Leave (ATL) - in the case no one is home the item may be left with a local business or returned to the depot. If you would prefer ATL please note this udring checkout and the courier will leave your package on your premises should you not be home when they deliver. We will not be held accountable for the ATL delivery if this is what you specified during checkout.
  • Note: You must supply a Street Address for courier delivery. We will request your street address (and any additional shipping cost) if a PO Box is provided with the Courier delivery option.

Australia Post DeliveryAustralia Post Delivery via Van or Scooter Signature Required

  • Parcels require signature on delivery (or at pickup if delivery is missed).
  • Deliveries to PO Boxes require Australia Post shipping.
  • Australia Post shipping is available for items up to 102cm long. 
  • We may request your approval to change the shipping method if the item does not meet Australia Post Shipping Requirements.

Same Day Shipping

  • All stocked items purchased in the online store before 1pm EST on weekdays are sent on the same day.
  • In rare cases, couriers do not make their set pickup time and dispatch may be delayed until the following day.


  • Items purchased online can be picked up in store or at the warehouse during business hours.

  3. Your order will be prepared and you will receive an email that your goods are ready for collection within 90 minutes. Your order will be packed discreetly (excluding bulky items ie. grow media)

Damage to Products During Shipping

  • Once you receive your order, open and test it even if you do not intend to use it immediately.
  • In the case you have received your goods damaged, email us the following details:
    • name
    • best contact number
    • invoice number
    • description of the damage
    • picture(s) of the damage
  • We will contact you within 1 business day with further instructions.
  • Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Warranty & 60 Day Returns

  • We will provide a refund, exchange or store credit where you have decided you no longer want the product and it is in new, unopened condition. This is valid for up to 60 days after your purchase.
  • We will provide a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or don’t do what they are supposed to.
  • If you don’t have your receipt or bank statement showing the purchase, date and amount, we will attempt to find the transaction. If we can’t validate the sale no refund will be provided.
  • Goods must be returned to us at your cost.


  • The following are sold on a strict no refund or return policy, unless they fall under a warranty claim:
    • Nutrients, additives, lamps / lights / CFLs, growing media, fish food, and liquid pond treatments.
    • Custom or special orders, for example NFT channels and aluminium frames cut to specification.
    • Any items specifically cut to size at your request
  • Commercial quantities

Warranty Claims

  • At Aqua Gardening we choose our product range carefully to ensure the products we sell are of high quality.
  • If we notice a product has been returned multiple times, we will discontinue the product.
  • Therefore your feedback and product reviews are much appreciated to maintain the high quality of the products we offer.
  • Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product description for warranty details.
  • In addition, our products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
  • To keep it simple, Aqua Gardening will handle most of the warranty claim for you, so you do not need to contact the manufacturer.

What Do I Do If My Item Is Faulty?

  • Contact Us first because we might be able to solve the issue remotely.
  • For a Return to Store:
    • Present your proof of purchase with your faulty item and our team will take care of the rest.
  • To send it back to us:
    • Email us the following details:
      • name
      • best contact number
      • invoice number
      • description of the fault
      • picture of the faulty product if it is necessary to show the problem
  • We will contact you within 1 business day with further instructions.
  • For a valid warranty claim, the item must be free from damage, misuse, and modification.
  • The item must have been correctly serviced, installed and maintained as per the instruction manual.
  • The item must include all the original components & parts.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Aqua Gardening.
  • Where the item is found to be faulty, we will return the working item to you at our cost.
  • Fees will apply where the item is found to be in working order, where it is not covered by warranty, or the fault is not warranty related, such as being faulty due to damage, misuse or negligence.
  • A warranty claim will not be processed without the return of the original product.



Ordering from us is simple. We offer you several payment methods at the site checkout - Direct Deposit, Credit Card or PayPal. Of course you can always visit the Aqua Gardening store in Brisbane.

For ordering online you will need to provide contact and shipping details. This is so you can track your order and receive your order without any hassles.

International Customers

For international shipping we use Australia Post for small parcels, and a Brisbane shipping agent for large orders such as pallets. It is your responsibilty to ensure the products are permitted through customs in your country. We will not be held accountable for missing items or additional costs once the items have left Australia, unless you have requested insurance.

To create your order, complete the checkout with the products you want and select Click&Collect from Warehouse as the shipping option. A shipping quote will be emailed to you to be paid via Paypal or otherwise.

Our team is always price-checking to ensure we have the lowest prices. If you find a competitor with a cheaper advertised price we promise to match their price so your purchase will come with all the benefits Aqua Gardening customers have.
To price match the product must meet these conditions:

      • sold by an Australian retailer
      • brand new identical product
      • in stock and available to purchase
      • include the shipping cost to you if they're interstate
      • does not include an item from bundled packages, but we will happily price match the whole bundle
