General Information

Ordering from us is very simple. We offer you several methods - phone, email, fax, direct deposit, or telegraphic transfer or cheque. For more information simply read on, or you can skip straight to the information you want by clicking one of the options to the left. Of course you can always come in person to the shop, the address is displayed directly at the bottom of this page.

Ordering by Phone

If you wish to take the phone, please call us at the shop on this number , +61 7 3354 1588. We are open between 9:30am and 5:00pm weekdays, 9:00 and 1pm on Saturdays and 9:30am and 1:00pm on Sundays. If you call between these hours, Tony or Dianne will be more than happy to talk to you about your order.

Please note that often we will be unable to quote you an exact price as we may have to contact the various couriers we use to dispatch orders overseas, and weigh up your order (packed) to determine the freight cost. This is especially the case for international customers. However if you leave us a contact address, fax number or e-mail address we will get back to you with the freight details as soon as possible. Then all you need to do is send us the payment, and your order will be dispatched once this is received.

International customers please note our time zone is +10 hours GMT.

Pay by Telegraphic Transfer

You can pay for your orders by telegraphic transfer (or Direct Debit) from your local bank branch.

All you need to do is inform the bank that you would like to make a payment for "x" Australian dollars to the following bank account:

Ordering By Fax

If you wish to order by fax, simply send a fax to:

• (07) 3354 3622 (Australian customers)

• +61 7 3354 3622 (International customers)

If you wish you can down-load a preformatted fax sheet for you to use. Just click on the link below and then once the page has loaded in your browser, print it out. Once you have printed this out, all you need to do is fill in the form completely and fax it to us.

Of course you may fax us on your own letterhead, if you do, please include your full name, a return fax number or e-mail address, your order details and preferred method of payment. Once we have received the fax, we will reply as soon as possible confirming the total cost of your order including freight. Once you have heard back from us, all you need to do is send us the payment and your order will be dispatched once this is received.
